The North State Law Enforcement Officers Association strives to develop and improve police awareness, increase individual skills, and motivate individuals to perform to the highest standards of the law enforcement profession. Our educational approach provides knowledge and skills to enable law enforcement professionals and support personnel to serve the community and the profession better.  

 North State Law Enforcement Officers Association membership consists of personnel from all branches of the profession, and we welcome all law enforcement personnel as members regardless of rank, assignment or department affiliation. Our membership comprises men and women of all races, religions, and criminal justice agencies.
